Description

REVO Partybox is a new premium entertainment concept in the heart of Paris Bastille, blending next-generation karaoke, lounge, bar, and private club. We are seeking an experienced Marketing, Communication & Events Manager to autonomously lead our visibility, acquisition, and brand activation strategy. The role involves defining and executing marketing plans, managing communications, organizing events, and developing partnerships to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Define and drive REVO's marketing and communication strategy
Build monthly and quarterly action plans with objectives, budget, calendar, and KPI
Develop brand awareness and generate traffic, leads, and reservations
Analyze marketing action performance and propose optimizations
Identify new acquisition and development opportunities
Define editorial line and communication calendar
Supervise social networks, photo/video content, digital campaigns, newsletters, and communication materials
Coordinate external providers: photographers, videographers, graphic designers, agencies, etc
Ensure brand image and positioning consistency across all materials
Build and drive REVO's influence strategy
Identify, select, and negotiate with influencers, content creators, media, and agencies
Organize influence campaigns, collaborations, and brand activation operations
Develop press relations and identify media visibility opportunities
Measure collaboration performance and return on investment
Imagine, design, and organize REVO events: influencer evenings, product launches, press events, brand collaborations, corporate events, and special operations
Manage projects from A to Z: concept, budget, timeline, providers, invitations, logistics, coordination, and on-day presence
Develop event concepts to increase venue visibility and attractiveness
Ensure follow-up and evaluation of each operation
Develop partner network: brands, event agencies, businesses, hotels, conciergeries, media, and tourism actors
Prospect and develop new commercial collaborations
Participate in corporate and privatization activity development
Build offers and partnerships adapted to REVO's different audiences

Requirements

5 years minimum experience in marketing, communication, and/or events
Significant experience in event agency, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, lifestyle, luxury, or brand universe
Autonomous organization and management of events
Mastery of social media issues, influence, digital marketing, and brand communication
Ability to manage strategy and operational execution simultaneously
Budget management, provider management, and multi-project management
Ease in negotiation and partnership development
Organized, reactive, creative, and particularly autonomous
Initiative and solution-oriented without waiting for task lists
Excellent mastery of French; professional English appreciated

Conditions

CDI – Full-time – Cadre status
Position based in Paris 11e – Bastille
Occasional availability in the evening for events, launches, or brand activations may be required
Salary: 45,000 € to 52,000 € gross annually depending on profile and experience, with possibility of variable pay on objectives
Benefits: Daily transport coverage, restaurant voucher
Ability to commute or relocate: 75011 Paris: Commute without issue or plan relocation before starting the position (Optional)
