Description

Ecolab is hiring a Marketing & Sales Trainee in Barcelona. The role supports strategic projects in commercial development, sustainability, and internal engagement within a global, international environment. The position follows a hybrid working model with flexible scheduling suited to academic priorities.

Responsibilities

Support project management activities related to Ops Council and cross-functional initiatives
Participate in Water Circularity projects and support cross-selling pipeline tracking
Assist with internal communication for ongoing projects (preparing presentations, materials and updates)
Support coordination of ERG (Employee Resource Groups) activities
Collaborate on the creation of marketing and sales materials
Provide organizational and administrative support across different initiatives
Leverage digital tools and AI solutions (Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflows

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related studies
Good level of English (minimum B2)
Strong interest in Marketing, Sales and Project Management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Familiarity or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar)
Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment
