Description

Hilton is hiring a Marketing Specialist in Warsaw to plan and deliver marketing campaigns, manage content across digital channels, and support sales and food & drink initiatives, working closely with commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support hotel revenue and brand awareness
Manage the hotel's social media channels and content strategy
Coordinate online content across brand websites, travel platforms and other digital channels
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications
Create engaging content for digital and offline marketing activities
Prepare presentations, flyers, promotional materials, videos and other marketing collateral
Use graphic edition tools and basic video-editing platforms to create day-to-day marketing assets
Coordinate graphic designer, photographers and other suppliers for larger creative projects
Work closely with the F&D team to promote restaurants, bars, seasonal offers and hotel events
Coordinate marketing support for menus, campaigns, activations and special events
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement for our food and beverage outlets
Support the Sales team with marketing materials, presentations and promotional initiatives
Build relationships with local businesses, media and community partners
Coordinate and promote ESG, sustainability and community engagement activities
Collaborate across departments to support business needs and commercial objectives

Requirements

Self-driven, ambitious and eager to develop
Positive, proactive and solutions-oriented
Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative and passionate about marketing, content and brand building
Confident using social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
Strong team player who enjoys working with different departments and stakeholders
Fluent in Polish and English
