Description

People Partner – EU will work with senior leaders to shape people strategies that drive performance and engagement across Perk’s fast‑growing European operations. Based in Barcelona, the role combines organisational design, change management and data‑driven people initiatives. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and offers relocation support.

Responsibilities

Provide insight, challenge and clarity on business decisions and team structures
Advise leaders on performance, development and organisational change
Co‑create people priorities aligned with business goals and Perk values
Implement and manage key people processes such as performance reviews and talent planning
Use data insights to diagnose challenges and recommend improvements
Partner with leaders to embed high‑performance culture through multiple touchpoints

Requirements

Proven experience as a People Partner in fast‑moving tech companies
Track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions
Deep understanding of organisational design and high‑performance culture
Excellent coaching and communication skills
Ability to operate across regions and time zones

Conditions
