Description

PERGOLUX is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale its Meta advertising ecosystem. Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end management of Meta Ads including campaign structure, scaling strategy and performance optimization
Manage and optimize budget allocation and pacing to meet MER targets
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Lead testing initiatives across audiences, creatives and formats
Translate performance data into clear feedback for the global creative team

Requirements

3+ years hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads accounts, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C
Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimize MER, ROAS and CPA
Deep knowledge of Meta advertising ecosystem, campaign structures, audience strategies and conversion tracking
Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing data‑driven feedback
High ownership mentality and proactive, solution‑oriented approach to scaling paid social performance
