Description

We’re looking for a talented Performance Video Designer focused on AI-driven creative production. The role involves creating short‑form video ads, AI‑generated assets, and visual designs for performance marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will collaborate with marketers and media buyers to develop conversion‑focused concepts and stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own the full creative production cycle for short‑form video ads from concept to final delivery
Create dynamic, conversion‑focused video creatives for platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Generate AI‑generated UGC assets, voiceovers and virtual spokesperson videos using generative AI platforms
Develop supporting visual assets such as thumbnails, static graphics and simple animated elements
Collaborate with marketers, media buyers and creative strategists to translate campaign objectives into visual concepts
Monitor social media and advertising trends, analyze top‑performing creatives and recommend new formats

Requirements

Hands‑on experience with AI‑first creative workflow and generative AI tools such as Kling, Seedance, Google Veo, ElevenLabs, Gemini Pro
Strong understanding of modern digital advertising, performance marketing and social media creative best practices
Solid video editing skills in CapCut or similar tools and basic to intermediate After Effects for text animation
Proficiency with Figma and Photoshop for creating static graphics and simple motion elements
English language level B1+ or higher, both written and spoken

Flexible working hours from 11:00 to 19:00, Monday‑Friday
