Description

BETWEEN Group offers opportunities to develop IT and engineering skills, supporting areas such as Firmware, Software, BI, Design, and Project Management. The company provides custom technological solutions through BETWEEN Labs and seeks a PMO to coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of a new service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of the new service, ensuring objectives, timelines and deliverables are met
Lead and coordinate technical development and subsequent deployment activities
Manage transition and adoption of new processes by operational teams
Act as liaison between SSC Operations, Transformation, Customer Support, Digital Technology and other business areas
Track activities, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions to advance the program
Identify potential blockers proactively and coordinate resolution actions
Facilitate follow‑up meetings, workshops and coordination sessions with various teams
Provide clear structured communication of program status to stakeholders and management levels
Coordinate testing, validation, transition and deployment activities when required
Support definition and improvement of operational processes associated with the new service
Ensure proper integration between business needs, technical teams and operations

Requirements

Solid experience in supply chain, operations or related areas, including Project Manager roles in complex global projects
Degree or master in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience with ERP implementation or integration and supply chain specific systems
Participation in process design and organizational change management initiatives
Proficiency in English at C1 level
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
