Description

HP Poland is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to develop strategic account plans and expand the company’s footprint within enterprise accounts. The role involves building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through industry knowledge. It also includes data‑driven performance analysis and mentorship of junior managers.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement strategic account business plans to expand the organization’s footprint
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure loyalty
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute complex deals
Engage with partners to improve win rates and meet revenue and margin quotas
Leverage industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and drive profitable growth
Take ownership of complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Analyze account performance data, track KPIs and provide data‑driven insights
Lead contract renewal negotiations and manage pricing discussions
Mentor junior account managers and support their professional development

Requirements

7‑10 years of experience in customer relationship management or account management
Strong knowledge of HP Print Products Portfolio
Ability to create and maintain long‑lasting relationships with partners and distributors
Good knowledge of various selling techniques and ability to craft value propositions
Ability to prepare effective presentations for partners and end‑customers
Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, customer‑focused and a team player
Strong communication skills in Polish and English
Willingness to travel up to 50 % of working time
