Description

Wolt is a technology company delivering food and other items in over 500 cities worldwide. The Product Manager for Courier Delivery Experience will shape the end‑to‑end courier journey and improve delivery efficiency. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven product development.

Responsibilities

Shape courier experience to ensure couriers feel valued and supported
Improve efficiency of deliveries from onboarding to order completion
Design features that boost courier satisfaction and refine delivery processes
Influence live delivery experience for courier partners, merchants, and consumers via app interfaces
Align product roadmap with business strategy and cross‑team initiatives

Requirements

Several years of product management experience with consumer‑facing products
Expertise in developing user‑centric solutions and tackling complex UX challenges
Proven ability to support cross‑functional teams and ensure operational excellence in high‑demand settings
Track record of building products that influence engineering, data, design, and operations
High ownership mindset with collaborative decision‑making and detail‑focused execution
Strong capability to define, execute, and measure meaningful OKRs aligned with company goals
Ability to consider broader picture, creating solutions benefiting couriers, operations, and customers
Excellent stakeholder management skills for engaging diverse internal teams and external partners
