Description

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform powering tens of millions in donations for nonprofits like UNICEF and Alzheimer's Association. Gift Cart is a fast-growing giving surface that lets donors support multiple causes in a single checkout. They seek a Product Manager to own Gift Cart end-to-end — strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery — working closely with engineering, design, risk, and business stakeholders across a distributed team.

Responsibilities

Define Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap with clear priorities and reasoning
Communicate with customers and CSMs regularly and analyze data with the analytics team
Write specifications that engineers can build from with detailed requirements and edge cases
Take features from idea to launch working closely with design and engineering at every step
Track product health and growth: conversion, average gift size, error rates — understand drivers
Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch so they are always in context ahead of time
Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and changes in plans

Requirements

Experience owning a product area end-to-end with responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months with clear reasoning behind decisions
Data-driven: analyze funnels, understand metrics, and identify growth opportunities
Write clear specifications engineers can build from with edge cases covered and no open questions
Systems thinker who sees the product as a whole and anticipates impact of decisions
Strong UX sensibility with ability to advocate for good experiences with the team
Comfortable working across functions: design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
