Description

Full-remote Product Manager role within the EU for a data-centric FinTech company focused on consumer transaction data for corporate partners. The position owns the strategy, vision and roadmap of account-switching software offerings and drives new European market growth. It requires at least 3 years in product management plus mandatory C1 German and English. Compensation is €60,000–€75,000 gross per annum plus a performance-based annual bonus.

Responsibilities

Hold complete accountability for the long-term strategic trajectory, vision and execution plan of the account-switch offerings
Lead step-by-step feature additions together with new product developments
Actively uncover, evaluate and capture new usage scenarios and commercial opportunities across Europe
Own new initiatives from early conceptualization through validation to broad market launch
Structure and rank product user stories using metrics, transaction insights and validated customer requirements
Work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director of Banking to sharpen product strategy and align financial goals
Convert complex requirements from commercial banking clients, enterprise partners and global users into structured development epics and user tasks
Define clear KPIs for every software release and functionality enhancement
Continuously assess real-world outcomes against quantitative baselines to guide rapid product iteration

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Growth Manager
Experience in FinTech, commercial banking, or SaaS/API software domains is preferred
Strong commercial instinct backed by analytical data, user metrics, and verified feedback
Complete fluency (C1 level or above) in both written and spoken German and English
Routine, hands-on experience with agile project tools such as Jira
Hands-on use of quantitative analysis tools such as MS Excel
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex technical ideas easily to engineering teams, clients and executive management
Readiness to travel roughly four times per year for on-site meetups in Kassel
Proven track record of launching or expanding API-driven or SaaS banking platforms across Europe
Fluency in additional European languages on top of German and English
