Description

N26 is looking for a Product Manager to drive automation and cost‑to‑serve improvements within the Cards & Digital Wallets segment. The role focuses on reducing manual effort, automating dispute and chargeback processes, and leveraging AI to enhance customer experience. The position is based in Barcelona with collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Own problem space focused on automation and cost‑to‑serve
Drive down customer service contacts through AI‑driven solutions
Partner with stakeholders to define team goals and achieve success
Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to improve operational journeys
Work with Customer Service, Operations, Fraud, Compliance and AI teams to translate pain points into scalable product
Balance automation efficiency with customer experience, risk and regulatory requirements
Ensure product rollouts are delivered cross‑functionally with local market teams
Use SQL to measure impact and track results

Requirements

3+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech or banking, especially cards products
Strong bias toward automation and efficiency with ability to replace manual effort
Interest or exposure to AI/agentic automation applied to customer support
Experience with card networks such as VISA, AMEX, Mastercard or card processors
STEM, business, economics undergraduate degree; MBA or MS a plus
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficient in SQL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of agile product development and delivery
Experience dealing with high‑engaged third‑party providers
