Description

Adform, a global AdTech company, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their Marketing department in Madrid. The role involves translating complex technology into commercial stories and supporting go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

Develop global go-to-market narratives, messaging and sales stories that clearly communicate Adform's differentiated value
Translate complex advertising technology and product capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions, use cases and proof points
Partner with Sales, Product, customers and Product Marketing leadership to understand customer challenges, buying needs and market opportunities
Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, playbooks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs and objection handling tools
Support commercial teams globally with guidance, training and content that helps them position Adform confidently in customer conversations
Continuously improve positioning and enablement based on customer feedback, field insights, competitive intelligence and win/loss learnings

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Solutions Marketing, B2B Marketing or a closely related role
Professional fluency in written and spoken English
Experience within technology, SaaS or another complex B2B commercial environment
Strong ability to translate complex technology, customer needs and market insights into clear positioning, messaging and commercial narratives
Hands-on experience creating sales enablement assets: pitch decks, playbooks, battlecards, one-pagers, use cases, FAQs and objection handling materials
Clear, persuasive communication, strong storytelling skills and commercial judgment
Curiosity, ownership and adaptability when working across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
