Description

Program Manager at Valtech, leading digital project delivery with focus on client satisfaction and strategic alignment. Involves project orchestration, client relationship, and leadership in multicultural teams. Position is based in Paris with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

Ensure global delivery of high-quality digital solutions
Orchestrate multiple project streams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources
Implement best practices in project management combining traditional and agile methods
Cultivate client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Act as a referent within Valtech teams and support client digital transformation
Collaborate on strategic topics like data and AI initiatives

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience, including 2 years in similar contexts (digital agency, international account)
Engineering degree or equivalent
Mastery of digital project phases from conception to production
Experience in pre-sales, coordination, presentations, and budgeting
e-Commerce experience with platforms like PIM, DAM, CMS, e-commerce platforms
Excellent communication skills in French and English (C1 level required)
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Invision, Miro or equivalents
Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
