Description

Beautiful Bifolds specializes in premium double glazed windows and doors, manufacturing in the UK with a 10‑year guarantee. They seek a Project and Installation Manager to lead installation teams, coordinate projects and ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise installation of glazing products ensuring timelines and quality standards
Manage installation teams, providing guidance and support for efficient workflow and safety compliance
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools to optimise resource allocation
Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution
Oversee site preparation activities using in‑house processes and systems
Monitor progress regularly, identify potential delays early and implement corrective actions promptly
Ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within glazing, construction or related industry
Proficiency in glazing project management and installations
Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors and team members
Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
