Description

This role supports the Transformation & Finance Excellence team in delivering finance transformation initiatives. It provides project management tools, reporting, coordination and delivery support across the Finance department.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in the Transformation & Finance Excellence tribe
Support implementation of finance best practices across the department
Track transformation roadmap, budget, KPIs, dependencies and risks
Coordinate regular status reporting for Finance Leadership Team
Organize transformation governance forums and project meetings
Assist change management activities including stakeholder impact assessments
Provide standard project management tools, templates and guidance
Support initiative planning, timelines, budgets and resource allocation
Contribute to business case development and post‑project reviews
Perform data analysis and reporting to support project delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT or related field
Proven experience applying project management principles and methodologies
Good understanding of finance processes and business environments
Experience supporting change management and communications in transformation projects
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Reliable, transparent, performance‑driven approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong data analysis and reporting abilities, advanced Excel a plus
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
Project management certification or willingness to obtain one

Conditions

Position based in Warsaw office with on‑site presence required
