Description

ThunderSoft, a global provider of operating system and AIoT solutions, is looking for a Chinese‑speaking Project Manager to coordinate European projects. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day activities, stakeholder communication and vendor coordination across the Netherlands, Romania and other regions. You will work remotely from Poland, collaborating with teams in Europe and China.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities across European projects, especially for the Netherlands and Romania
Manage and coordinate team members involved in assigned projects
Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including Dutch EOR provider
Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify issues and support timely resolution
Follow up on tasks, deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Support project planning, reporting and documentation
Escalate issues when necessary and ensure appropriate follow‑up
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Europe and China for efficient coordination

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management or related field
Minimum three years of experience in project management or coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in an international setting
Experience working with internal teams and external vendors or business partners
Strong organizational, responsibility and ownership mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
