Description

Join KPMG Poland's CEE OneIT Delivery team to lead strategic SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects across Poland and the CEE region. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, from preparation to go‑live and hypercare, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives impacting thousands of users.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP implementation, migration and roll‑out projects from preparation through go‑live and hypercare
Manage the full project lifecycle following SAP Activate phases
Plan, budget and control project schedule, scope and costs
Monitor progress, manage risks and address deviations from the plan
Escalate issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate internal client stakeholders and key business owners
Oversee functional and technical teams and manage subcontractors
Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and maintain solution quality
Guarantee compliance with SAP standards and best‑practice deployment guidelines

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience leading SAP projects as a Project Manager
At least two complete SAP implementation cycles, preferably SuccessFactors
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors migrations and roll‑outs across multiple countries
Practical knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP architecture
Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM tools
Fluent English (C1) and Polish language skills
Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and escalations
Experience running steering committees and stakeholder coordination
Willingness to travel 20‑30 % for onsite engagements
Preferred PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP Activate Project Manager certification
