Description

IAG Loyalty is hiring a Project Manager to lead technology and business change projects in their Delivery Office. The role involves managing multiple initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and requires fluent English and business-level Spanish.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of multiple technology and business change initiatives
Develop delivery plans and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams
Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate governance meetings
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Contribute to continuous improvement and embrace AI solutions

Requirements

Proven project management experience with technology and business change
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English and business-level Spanish written and spoken
Experience in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery

Conditions

Hybrid work model with at least two days per week in office
Travel to Spain required for business needs
