Description

The QA Test Automation Engineer role focuses on building automated tests with Playwright or Cypress while improving overall QA processes. Responsibilities

Develop automated tests using Playwright and/or Cypress for web applications
Collaborate on advanced technology projects and propose innovative testing solutions
Optimize QA processes improve test coverage and ensure overall quality assurance
Participate in code reviews sprint planning and continuous integration pipelines
Provide test results defect reports and metrics to stakeholders regularly
Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices within the team
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and tooling

Requirements

3 to 10 years of professional experience in QA and automated testing
Advanced knowledge of Playwright and Cypress testing frameworks
Proficiency in writing maintainable automated test scripts for web applications
Minimum English proficiency level B2 for communication and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in computer science software engineering or related field
Experience working in agile Scrum environments and following DevOps practices
Ability to collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies
