Description

Bruker develops high‑performance scientific instruments and analytical solutions for life‑science research. The Global Business Services Center in Warsaw or Porto supports the Record‑to‑Report process across multiple legal entities. The role translates business needs into process, data, control and system requirements while driving improvements. It focuses on GL accounting, period‑end close, reconciliations and SAP FI/CO structures.

Responsibilities

Document current and future‑state R2R processes, requirements and controls
Gather and analyze business requirements, prepare impact analyses and functional inputs
Support intake and evaluation of change requests, ensuring completeness and process fit
Maintain global templates, decision logs, issue lists and knowledge repositories
Analyze process performance, identify root causes and improvement opportunities
Develop R2R KPIs, dashboards and management reporting
Coordinate with finance, internal controls, audit, IT and SAP teams to progress priorities
Create test scenarios, evidence, support UAT and business readiness activities
Prepare communications, training materials and key‑user engagement for changes

Requirements

4‑6 years of experience in R2R, finance operations or business analysis
Strong understanding of general ledger, month‑end close and reconciliations
Experience with SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
Ability to translate business needs into structured process and functional requirements
Strong analytical, root‑cause and data‑quality skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication and workshop facilitation
