Description

Regional Systems Analyst at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine supporting day-to-day operations, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Anaplan-based planning models. The role acts as a key liaison between business users, process owners, and technical support teams to ensure planning activities are executed successfully and system issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Business Product Owner support analyst for Anaplan models
Provide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews
Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and issue triage for planning and reporting discrepancies
Coordinate with technical support teams to investigate and resolve system defects and enhancement requests
Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing activities
Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for process simplification and automation
Develop planning knowledge articles, training materials, and user guidance documentation
Participate in governance forums and support prioritization of enhancement requests

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
2-3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems
Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work across business and technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices
Experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity

Conditions

Hybrid working model with at least 1-2 days per week in the office
Minimal travel may be required, subject to project and business needs
