Description
Baxter is hiring a Sales Incentive Analyst for its Commercial Operations team in Warsaw, Poland, on a 1,5-year maternity-cover contract. The role shapes sales incentive strategies and territory design for Western Europe, leading quarterly incentive calculations and reporting. It involves close collaboration with Business Units, Finance, FP&A and local Works Councils, plus process automation and standardization using SQL and Tableau.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize sales territories with Business Units to support growth and performance
Develop sales incentive strategies with senior stakeholders aligned to business goals
Lead quarterly incentive calculations and validation across Western Europe
Perform accurate and timely incentive reporting based on Business Unit needs
Collaborate with Finance on the accrual process and financial alignment of payouts
Work with Local Works Councils in Germany and France to ensure compliance
Support Annual Planning with FP&A teams on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and leadership sign-off
Drive process innovation to automate, centralize and standardize incentive processes
Leverage sophisticated datasets and SQL-based tools for digital transformation and optimization
Requirements
University degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor or Master) in a related field
Strong analytical skills
Well-developed presentation and communication skills
Excellent technical skills in SQL
Excellent technical skills in Tableau
Advanced MS Office applications: VBA, Excel, PowerPivot, PowerPoint
Experience in Incentive and Territory Design is a plus
Fluent English and Polish command, other languages are a plus
