Description

Join CD PROJEKT RED's Motion Design & 3D team in Warsaw to shape motion design language for game trailers and marketing assets. Collaborate with Team Lead, Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors to create high-impact promotional media. Apply senior expertise to build engaging visual narratives for games globally.

Responsibilities

End-to-end creation of high-quality 2D and 3D animations tailored to project goals and brand standards
Design and prepare optimized static assets for animation workflows
Develop style frames, storyboards, and look-dev treatments for complex projects
Interpret creative briefs and apply brand style guides
Build flexible animation templates and design systems for global versioning
Champion a collaborative, positive, and inclusive creative environment

Requirements

8+ years of experience in the motion design field
Advanced mastery of After Effects and 3D software (such as Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya), including rendering, texturing, and lighting
Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, composition, color theory, and typography using Adobe Creative Cloud
Proven ability to create storyboards, style frames, and visual look-dev treatments
Experience in color correction, VFX and post production
Experience setting up scalable project files, modular templates, and typography systems for multi-language global releases
Deep understanding of game dev marketing formats and visual consistency across gaming franchises

Conditions

Estimated pay range: 14 800 - 20 400 PLN gross monthly
Hybrid or full-time in-office in Warsaw, Poland
