Description

Exadel is an AI‑first global tech company delivering digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients. The role focuses on improving and expanding automated testing, including load testing, CI/CD migration, and AI‑assisted test analysis.

Responsibilities

Refactor and improve the existing load testing suite
Reduce load test execution time from 16 hours to under 4 hours
Migrate remaining test suites from Jenkins to GitHub Actions
Enhance GUI regression test coverage and reliability
Improve test automation to increase release confidence and reduce change fail rate
Identify issues, gaps, and opportunities for automation improvements
Use AI tools to support test analysis, identify gaps, and improve testing efficiency
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve overall quality and delivery processes

Requirements

Solid experience in Automation QA, Quality Engineering, or Backend Engineering
Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Selenium
Experience with automation frameworks such as Serenity BDD, Cucumber, or JUnit
Good knowledge of Groovy and test reporting tools such as Allure
Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Basic experience with Kubernetes
Strong interest in using AI tools for testing, troubleshooting, and identifying quality gaps
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
