Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an international IT team working on digital solutions for the Remarketing area. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional requirements and supporting solution roll‑outs across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional requirements
Defining, documenting and validating requirements together with business stakeholders
Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing requests
Planning and supporting functional testing and user acceptance testing
Supporting solution rollouts and change management activities
Identifying business impacts of new solutions and supporting action plans
Acting as a link between business stakeholders and project or maintenance teams
Providing functional support, monitoring production and coordinating user requests

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams
Practical knowledge of functional testing and user acceptance testing
Experience with backlog management, prioritization and change management
Strong expertise in Jira for project management and task tracking
Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling and requirements documentation
Ability to assess business impact of new solutions and define appropriate actions
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
