Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead Google and Meta digital paid media campaigns, working alongside the Head of Marketing. The role involves developing strategies, optimizing performance, and analyzing metrics to maximize ROI and drive quality leads.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee the creation of engaging paid content that drives high intent leads
Maximise paid advertising monthly budget across all paid digital platforms such as Google Ads, Youtube, Meta, Pinterest optimizing ad performance through continuous analysis and adjustments
Conduct detailed analysis of website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions
Supervise paid and organic social media channels, fostering community engagement and brand awareness through consistent posting and interaction
Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate campaign results, insights, and future strategies to stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience and track record specifically in paid digital marketing at a senior level bringing in consistent results
Proven track record in creating and executing paid digital Meta and Google campaigns
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft persuasive copy for high end affluent audiences
Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights and optimize marketing efforts effectively
In depth expert knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms
Will suit an expert coming from a top digital marketing agency who wants to work with one brand
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Diploma of Higher Education (required)
Paid search marketing: 9 years (required)
English (required)
United Kingdom work authorisation (required)
