Description

Deloitte is offering a Senior HR Data Analytics role in Berlin, focused on developing data-driven models for HR decisions, creating dashboards, and working with stakeholders. The position involves algorithm development, hypothesis testing, and reporting within the Corporate Functions team.

Responsibilities

Develop algorithms and models for relevant data
Create individual dashboards using modern BI tools
Identify relationships and patterns in data to test hypotheses
Develop reporting and analysis tools with stakeholders
Prepare structured content for various audiences and reporting requirements
Identify and develop processes for the entire value and engagement chain

Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Physics with focus on Statistics or Data Analytics
Ideally first work experience in Analytics or Project Management
Programming knowledge in R, Python, SQL or similar
Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Qlik Sense or PowerBI
Excellent analytical skills and high standards for work results
