Description

Senior Finance Systems Analyst at Oliver James, a hybrid role in London. This position involves ownership of key finance applications like Intapp Time, SAP Concur, and Aderant Expert, driving improvements and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of key finance systems including Intapp Time, SAP Concur, and Aderant Expert
Reviewing current use and configuration of Intapp Time and SAP Concur
Identifying opportunities to improve system functionality and processes
Developing recommendations and independently progressing agreed improvements
Supporting future Aderant Expert upgrades and related change activity
Using SQL for systems analysis, investigation and troubleshooting
Managing system issues through to resolution and providing senior-level support
Working directly with software vendors to resolve issues and maximise platform value
Partnering with Finance, Technology and wider stakeholders to deliver solutions
Supporting testing, implementation, documentation and user adoption for system changes

Requirements

Strong experience supporting finance systems in a law firm
Experience with Intapp Time, SAP Concur, or Aderant Expert
Proven ability to take ownership and deliver improvements autonomously
Experience reviewing system usage and configuration
Working knowledge of SQL for analysis and troubleshooting
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into system improvements
Proactive and analytical approach
