We are a young, well‑funded health‑tech startup building distributed healthcare solutions. As a Senior Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus, you will create fast, accessible interfaces and contribute across the stack, shaping the product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive, high‑performance frontend applications with React
Develop and integrate APIs in our Node.js (NestJS) backend
Turn design concepts into polished, accessible user experiences
Write clean, testable, well‑documented code and help raise the bar on quality
Take part in code reviews, architecture decisions, and the continuous evolution of engineering practices
Help maintain and gradually modernize legacy services

Requirements

Solid professional experience as a full stack developer (5+ years)
Strong command of TypeScript and modern React
Hands‑on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query or ability to learn quickly
Working knowledge of Node.js, ideally with NestJS
Good grasp of APIs, state management, and component‑driven development
Focus on quality: testing, performance, and accessibility
Clear communication and collaborative mindset
Nice to have: Spring Boot (Kotlin) for legacy stack, experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, familiarity with CI/CD
