Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior FullStack Developer ready to take on a Team Lead role on a complex AI‑powered platform. The project involves identity verification, rewards system, and integration with CRM, accounting and card‑issuing tools. Remote work from anywhere in Europe with occasional on‑site visits.

Responsibilities

Own architectural decisions for compliance‑sensitive codebase
Develop and extend generic‑entity/schema system without regressions
Integrate multiple third‑party APIs and handle partial failures
Review code with security‑first focus on access control
Maintain documentation and Memory Bank for features
Participate in on‑call production support and mentor engineers

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in full‑stack development
Strong expertise with Next.js 15 and TypeScript
Experience with PostgreSQL, JSONB modeling and Drizzle ORM
Knowledge of authentication systems like NextAuth.js and Keycloak
Proficiency in Docker, Azure Container Apps and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to design schema‑driven systems and handle complex authorization
Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) for client‑facing communication

Conditions

Remote work from anywhere in Europe with occasional on‑site visits
Full‑time 40‑hour week with 6–12+ month contract
