Description

WeMaintain is a global lift and building maintenance company building IoT‑driven solutions. The Senior Fullstack Engineer will own features end‑to‑end, work across a TypeScript stack and collaborate with product, CTO and CPO. The role is fully remote across Europe.

Responsibilities

Own features end‑to‑end, from problem statement through implementation to production
Shape work with product managers, CTO and CPO, ensuring correct problem framing
Contribute to engineering standards, tooling, mono‑repo and developer‑experience improvements
Work across backend and frontend, handling TypeScript, NestJS, Angular and React Native codebases
Collaborate with data science, hardware and operations teams on IoT and telemetry workflows
Participate in code reviews, design discussions and continuous delivery processes

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience building and running production software, owning features from problem definition to production
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern backend architecture, preferably with Node.js and NestJS
Experience with frontend development using Angular or React Native and ability to work across the full stack
Ability to communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders and shape product requirements
Comfortable working fully remotely and collaborating asynchronously with distributed teams
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EKS and Lambda, is a plus
