Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key figure in the creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual projects with high autonomy. They will provide creative and strategic support to an internal team of 20-30 people, focusing on commercial proposals and pitches. The role involves working on projects for various departments such as offices, retail, hospitality, living, and logistics, and is based in-person in Madrid.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute visual projects with high autonomy
Provide creative and strategic support to internal team of 20-30 people
Develop commercial proposals, pitches, and materials for business capture
Work on projects for departments: offices, retail, hospitality, living, logistics
Create presentations, commercial materials, audiovisual content, and visual resources

Requirements

Advanced mastery of InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Expert handling of Adobe ecosystem professionally
Creative conceptualization applied to business with focus on high-impact commercial proposals
Expert level in Premiere Pro and After Effects for audiovisual storytelling
Experience in motion graphics, animation, and advanced post-production
Professional architectural and space photography skills
Advanced proficiency in AI tools: Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Pika, Sora
Medium-level web skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS like WordPress
Desirable experience in corporate design and real estate sector
