Description

AirHelp is building a proactive travel assistant app that helps users track flights, receive smart notifications and submit claims. The Senior Product Designer will own the B2B product experience, including partner‑facing flows and marketing assets. The role combines product and marketing design, research, and go‑to‑market strategy.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end B2B design, covering partner‑facing product experiences and notification journeys.
Create and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit including sales decks, one‑pagers and demo visuals.
Conduct partner interviews, usability testing and business case validation to inform designs.
Iterate on partner‑facing and end‑user flows based on real usage data.
Produce launch collateral and gather feedback from early adopter partners.
Establish a repeatable design process for B2B initiatives from positioning to launch‑ready assets.
Collaborate closely with engineers and external teams to ensure production‑ready solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a product designer with a focus on B2B solutions.
Deep understanding of B2B buyer psychology and ability to translate insights into design.
Strong research skills, including partner interviews and usability testing.
Ability to think in systems and maintain continuity across product and marketing assets.
Excellent communication skills for influencing commercial stakeholders and engineering teams.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and ability to leverage AI for rapid ideation.
Fluency in business English, both written and spoken.
