Description

Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for global customers. The Senior Product Manager, FX will lead the FX and Cash Management team in Amsterdam, shaping the vision and roadmap for a high‑impact financial technology platform. The role focuses on building a reliable FX trading platform and a first‑in‑class Treasury Management System.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team
Lead execution across engineering, product, treasury, finance, and commercial teams
Establish governance for FX across multiple teams, defining success metrics and alignment
Build a reliable FX trading platform that scales globally
Create a first‑in‑class Treasury Management System serving customers and internal teams

Requirements

8+ years building high‑scale platforms in fast‑growing tech or fintech environments
2+ years experience specifically in FX and/or cash management
Proven track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
Ability to operate in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership
Customer‑centric mindset with skill to translate technical complexity into impact
Strong product instincts, data‑driven decision making, and AI‑forward thinking
Demonstrated leadership in setting vision, strategy, and building high‑performing teams
Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and fast execution
