Description

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform enabling nonprofits to receive fast, seamless donations, seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic 0→1 initiatives within the New Products portfolio. The role focuses on building innovative solutions for major donors, shaping revenue models and driving AI‑native discovery.

Responsibilities

Translate market research into a sharp investment thesis for major‑giving bets
Identify missing data, conduct primary interviews and secondary research to fill gaps
Maintain a single source of truth with thesis, decision log and learnings
Build and ship prototypes using AI tools, iterating quickly based on feedback
Validate hypotheses through cycles with donors, enterprise nonprofits and internal teams
Produce decision memos with explicit kill criteria after each validation loop
Pressure‑test and define pricing models, unit economics and revenue forecasts
Co‑own GTM narrative with PMM, CSM and Sales, creating one‑pagers and demos
Publish weekly progress, maintain decision logs and mentor fellow product managers

Requirements

8+ years experience in product roles, including at least 2 years leading 0→1 new product lines in B2B SaaS, fintech or payments
Proven track record of shipping a new product line or business model that did not exist before
Deep enterprise customer discovery experience with multiple decision‑makers per cycle
Ownership of revenue models, pricing experiments and unit‑economics validation
Ability to build AI‑driven prototypes, clickable flows and interactive demos within days
Comfortable being single point of accountability for initiatives without an existing team
Strong analytical skills to pressure‑test transactional, SaaS and hybrid pricing models
Excellent communication to partner with PMM, CSM and Sales on GTM narratives
Fluency in Russian and English (C1+) and willingness to work remotely
