Description

buymie is an Armenian/Irish co-founded tech company providing grocery delivery services across Ireland. The company is looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join the on-site team in Yerevan, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product vision and strategy, and lead efforts to ensure successful product launches that meet user needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so the development teams clearly understand them
Communicate the overall goal and vision to the rest of the team, getting everybody on the same page
Collect feedback from key stakeholders and users and relay that feedback to the team along with any necessary course corrections
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience
Define product requirements and manage the product roadmap
Integrate user research, product testing, and market analysis into product requirements
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make recommendations for improvements
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
Teach the value of collaboration and teamwork to the team

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or experience in Product Management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
Experience working in an agile development environment, writing user stories and agile product delivery
Experience working with SQL and other data analysis tools
Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
Experience working with a logistics product is a plus
