Description
Indero, a contract research organization specializing in dermatology and rheumatology, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead global clinical trials. The role involves overseeing all project phases, managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams across multiple countries. You will serve as the primary contact for sponsors and ensure audit‑ready study deliverables.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for sponsors and provide timely trial progress updates
Lead client calls and coordinate communication with study teams and functional departments
Prepare and oversee deliverables such as study plans, protocols, eCRFs, TLFs and clinical study reports
Ensure sites have necessary materials, investigational product and safety lab kits
Maintain audit readiness and monitor quality of study and vendor deliverables
Manage project risks, implement control measures and address quality issues
Control project budget, track internal hours and identify out‑of‑scope activities
Coordinate timelines, resources and vendors across all functional areas
Report recruitment status and drive initiatives to meet enrollment targets
Lead and train project team members including associate managers and coordinators
Requirements
Minimum seven years of global clinical project management experience, including European regions
At least ten years of industry experience with three years in a CRO environment
Proven track record of managing multi‑country Phase III trials (10‑15+ countries)
Experience with study start‑up, regulatory submissions, and vendor management
Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH standards and local regulations
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset
Therapeutic experience in dermatology, onco‑dermatology or rheumatoid arthritis is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
