Description

Colliers seeks a Senior QA Engineer for their newly established Technology Hub in Madrid. Working in a hybrid model, the role emphasizes leading test automation strategies and ensuring software quality for enterprise solutions in commercial real estate. It offers opportunities to mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

Create and lead implementation of reusable automation testing framework
Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites
Lead testing framework implementation for functional and non-functional testing
Partner with engineers for testable code from early stages
Embed tests into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps
Drive test-first development culture
Support root cause analysis and resolution of production issues
Act as technical mentor to mid-level and junior engineers
Participate in design and code reviews

Requirements

8+ years experience in QA or software testing role
Strong background in test automation and modern workflows
Testing web apps with React, Typescript, .NET
Hand-on with frontend and end-to-end testing frameworks
API testing tools like Postman or Cypress
CI/CD integration with Azure DevOps
Agile Development (Scrum/Kanban)
Working in distributed teams
Understanding of secure development practices and compliance frameworks
Fluent in English and Spanish
