Description

Adaptive Financial Consulting is a fintech consulting firm delivering complex front‑office technology solutions for investment banks and capital market participants. The company operates globally with offices in London, New York, Barcelona, Manila and Montreal. They are looking for a Senior QA Lead to shape testing strategy and drive quality across an exciting project.

Responsibilities

Propose, create and enhance the project’s test strategy including automation approach
Design, maintain and execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results
Provide guidance and support to the team on QA‑related activities and best practices
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve test automation tools and coverage
Contribute to defining and improving quality assurance processes based on project needs

Requirements

Significant experience leading QA teams in complex projects
Ability to derive test cases from functional and technical designs
Experience with TDD/BDD methodologies and test automation frameworks
Knowledge of Agile SDLC and QA role within it
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders

Conditions

Contract position outside IR35 with no remote work specified
Three‑stage interview process including technical task
Background check required before engagement
Work location in London, United Kingdom
