Description

Infogene is an IT consulting company specializing in healthcare, banking & insurance, energy & environment, and luxury & retail sectors. With 800 consultants across France and internationally, the company is recruiting a Senior QA/Test Analyst for one of its clients in the financial sector. The role focuses on test automation across Linux and Windows environments, requiring strong Java skills, structured testing methodologies, and expertise in risk-based testing.

Responsibilities

Review quality specifications and technical design documents to create or update use cases
Create detailed, complete, and structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute test cases using Risk-Based Testing (RBT) method
Implement non-regression test suites based on high-risk use cases as test automation engineer
Participate in automation solution architecture and script maintenance
Participate in selection and deployment of automated test tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify how automation can improve work processes
Participate in workshops to propose new ideas and designs for improving existing functionalities
Ensure automated test coverage for all high-risk use cases

Requirements

Solid knowledge of financial products from front-office to back-office
At least 5 years of experience in test automation for applications and software
At least 5 years of experience in test automation on Linux and Windows environments
Excellent mastery of Java (versions 8, 11, 17), JavaScript, Shell, PL/SQL, and Gherkin
Excellent knowledge of test frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Cucumber BDD
Mastery of Java API testing with Rest Assured
Mastery of Shell scripts and Linux environments
Mastery of test tools such as SOAP UI
In-depth knowledge of JMeter, Postman, Jira, Zephyr, Xray, QC, and TestLink
Strong SQL skills and script writing
Agile methodology experience
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Angular and TypeScript knowledge is a plus
Cloud technology knowledge is appreciated; VTOM experience is a plus
