Description

Impress, Europe's leading health-tech innovator in invisible orthodontics, is hiring a Senior React Native Developer for their onsite team in Barcelona. The role involves leading feature development, owning architectural decisions, and driving code quality with a focus on real user impact. The candidate will work closely with product and design teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Spearhead design and development of end-to-end features
Own architectural decisions around state management and navigation
Proactively identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks
Drive code quality through reviews and mentor other engineers
Work close to real users and see impact of shipped features

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience specifically with React Native
Deep TypeScript and modern React knowledge
Experience with state management at scale and API/auth integration
Solid grasp of iOS/Android platform differences and performance tuning
Familiarity with Expo and Git
