Description

HelloFresh in Warsaw is hiring a Senior React Native Product Engineer to work on the Cart & Wallet squad within HelloTech. The role involves building and improving cart, checkout, and wallet experiences across mobile and web apps, with a focus on running experiments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will operate systems in production and contribute to app metrics like retention and conversion.

Responsibilities

Build and improve cart, checkout, and wallet flows in React Native apps from problem definition to production
Run experiments on high-traffic, revenue-critical surfaces and use results to decide next steps
Collaborate with engineers to continuously improve code base, systems, and processes
Design and develop scalable solutions for long-term growth
Support team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews
Work beyond specialization when problems demand it
Operate and monitor systems in production, instrumenting and improving them
Contribute to app experience and own metrics for mobile customer quality

Requirements

Hands-on experience with AI tooling beyond casual experimentation
At least 2-3 years of hands-on work with React Native
A minimum of 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in building component-based architectures using React.js and Node.js
Deep understanding of integrating frontend and backend services seamlessly
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Strong collaboration skills with engineers and other roles like product management and UX
Product sense and data-driven decision-making with user evidence
Deep mobile engineering expertise across the app release cycle and performance
