Description

Eye Security is a cyber security scale-up building an Open XDR platform. This role is for a Senior Engineer in the Agentic SOC team, focusing on building LLM-powered agents to augment security analysts. It offers ownership and impact in a small, full-stack team with a mission-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end as Feature Lead
Lead design and delivery of LLM agents for SOC workflows
Drive technical design discussions and influence architecture
Ground engineering decisions in outcomes
Mentor engineers through pairing and code review
Participate in hiring and onboarding
Contribute to a psychologically safe team culture

Requirements

5+ years of development experience
Full-stack exposure with depth in at least one technical area
Experience with strongly typed languages (Typescript, Java, etc.)
Hands-on experience building LLM agents
Comfortable using AI coding tools
Track record of mentoring engineers
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of secure coding practices
Fluency in English

Conditions

Remote work in Netherlands or Berlin
Commitment to travel to office twice per week
