Description

DXC Technology is hiring a Senior UX & Product Design professional for their AdvisoryX team in Spain. The role focuses on designing intuitive user interfaces, conducting user research, and defining product design strategies to align with business goals. DXC is a global IT services leader with over 8,000 professionals in Spain, serving clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

Design attractive and functional user interfaces
Use design systems and collaborate on component evolutions
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests
Analyze research results and translate them into effective design solutions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure implementation of designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
Stay updated with trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Define product design strategies: develop and communicate design strategy aligned with business goals and client vision; define and prioritize user experience improvement initiatives based on data and user feedback

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design
Mastery of Figma and other design tools
Knowledge of design systems
Understanding of product design strategies
Experience in user research and data analysis
Knowledge of accessibility
Ability to work in a team and communicate ideas effectively verbally and in writing
Problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Initiative to identify problems and propose improvements anticipating user needs
Good communication skills
English level minimum B2/C1 (meetings and documentation)
Availability for in-person work in Madrid / Barcelona / Zaragoza (hybrid model with real presence when needed)
