Description
Site Manager responsible for coordinating construction projects for HV/MV substations and electrical infrastructure. Manages on-site works, subcontractors, and ensures compliance with project documentation, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Represents the company to clients, investors, and local authorities while monitoring project progress and risks.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all site works according to schedule, budget, and contractual requirements
Supervise implementation of substation projects, HV/MV installations, and energy infrastructure
Ensure compliance of works with project documentation, quality standards, and client requirements
Monitor work progress and implement corrective actions for deviations
Manage construction safety and promote a 'Zero Incident' culture per HSE requirements
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers on site
Manage project schedule and collaborate with design team for planning and optimization
Represent the company to clients, investors, subcontractors, and local authorities
Identify and manage project risks, costs, and changes affecting implementation
Lead the construction team and ensure effective collaboration among all project participants
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in construction management or project implementation in the energy sector
Experience with HV/MV substations, HVDC systems, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure
Practical knowledge of construction, assembly, and commissioning processes in the energy industry
Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple contractors
Ability to manage schedules, costs, risks, and project milestones
Knowledge of contractual requirements, change management, and claims processes
Good knowledge of construction law, labor law, and HSE requirements
Higher technical education in electrical engineering, energy, automation, or related fields
Construction qualifications and English proficiency for international work
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
