Description

TEAMWILL is seeking a Solution Analyst with expertise in Linedata EKIP for their financial services clients in Spain. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of EKIP platform projects. The analyst will work with clients and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications for the EKIP platform
Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and EKIP standard functionality
Document functional designs and solution architecture
Design and configure EKIP solutions to meet client requirements
Participate in the implementation and deployment of EKIP modules
Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide expertise on EKIP best practices and standard configurations
Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams
Conduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements and present solutions
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for EKIP-related issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation
Develop user guides and training materials
Contribute to the team's knowledge base and best practices
Mentor junior team members on EKIP functionality

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience with Linedata EKIP platform (implementation, configuration, or support)
Experience in the financial services industry (asset management, fund administration, or investment management)
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Strong knowledge of Linedata EKIP modules and functionalities
Understanding of financial instruments, operations, and workflows
Proficiency in requirements gathering and functional design methodologies
Experience with testing methodologies and tools
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
French: Fluent
English: Professional working proficiency
Spanish: Professional level
Experience with other Linedata solutions (LongView, Mlink, Global Hedging)
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related fields
Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies
Experience working in a multicultural and distributed team environment
Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services (MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD)
Experience with data migration and system integration projects
