Description

Peloton is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Web Acquisition team, focusing on UX/UI for consumer acquisition across their website. The role involves designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with an agile approach and user testing.

Responsibilities

Lead UX and UI for projects across strategic work streams
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables
Cultivate understanding of product experience and design systems
Work collaboratively with UX Researcher, Content Designer, Product Managers, Engineers
Manage bandwidth and project pipeline
Build multi-version comps for user testing and iterate
Provide prototypes for interactions and motion
Execute final UI designs and prepare for engineering
QA developed features for visual perfection
Maintain design systems and libraries

Requirements

6+ Years of experience at consumer-focused technology companies
Comfortable juggling multiple projects
Low ego and highly collaborative
Focused on e-commerce products with mobile first mindset
Strong skill in creating concepts to final pixel perfect deliverables
Attention to detail and conceptualize multi-state
Exceptional design velocity
Experience designing for various screen sizes
Familiarity with agile software development
Experience in building UI design library and style guide
Knowledge of page animations and interaction design
Has designed or contributed to design systems
Proficiency with Figma, Principle, After Effects

Conditions

Base salary range: 264,000 - 320,000 PLN
