Description
A senior individual contributor role owning product strategy and roadmap for Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Incident Response (IR) inside a fast-growing European cybersecurity scale-up. The position combines thought leadership, mentoring of product managers, and close cross-functional work with engineering, security operations, and product marketing. It suits an experienced product leader with deep cybersecurity domain expertise, fluent English and C2 German.

Responsibilities
Own and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for MDR, EDR, and IR, defining strategic priorities and influencing company OKRs
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company vision, market opportunity, and customer needs
Drive discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs, problems, and pain points
Lead and mentor product managers and junior team members across Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales
Partner with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, product launches, and market positioning
Manage external relationships and partnerships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers, aligned with MSP and partner strategy
Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
Contribute to internal processes, tooling, and product culture, championing agile methodologies, data-driven execution, and continuous experimentation
Requirements
7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years in senior or staff-level roles owning end-to-end delivery of B2B SaaS products
Deep cybersecurity domain expertise in Managed Detection & Response, Endpoint Detection & Response, and Incident Response
Proven track record of delivering complex software products using product discovery, data-driven decisions, and agile methodologies
Strong business acumen in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and how product drives revenue and customer success
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical, commercial, and executive audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with comfort in ambiguity and incomplete information
Fluent English and German language at C2 level
Startup or scale-up background at a high-growth company
Experience building or scaling product management teams and processes
Exposure to OKR-driven product development and metrics-focused product management
Experience working with MSP or partner-led go-to-market models
Track record of navigating successful product pivots or strategic repositioning
