Description

Inetum is looking for a Team Lead to head its Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice, focusing on Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry and Power Platform. The role involves leading a team of consultants, driving delivery, pre‑sales and governance for AI solutions. Based in Saint‑Ouen, France, the position offers flexible teleworking.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of AI consultants and Microsoft experts
Pilot projects around Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Foundry delivery
Participate in pre‑sales, client workshops and solution presentations
Define quality, governance and security standards for AI offerings
Foster relationships with Microsoft and drive community engagement within the practice

Requirements

Minimum seven to ten years experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Dynamics 365
Demonstrated team management or technical leadership experience in AI or digital solutions
Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Foundry implementations
Good understanding of security, governance and data management in enterprise environments
Excellent communication and change‑management skills for client‑facing pre‑sales activities

Conditions

Hybrid work model with up to three remote days per week
Office location in Saint‑Ouen, France
27 days paid vacation plus 10 RTT days
